Export to Word

Hi,

I just bought Interplex and have been playing around with it. Last night I successfully performed an Export to Word. Today I tried again and the Export failed. The following error message appears: Export Failed. Impossible to open macro memory.
What should I do?

Do you still have the problem even after a reboot? Sometimes this could be due to a memory error that you are having in your current session.

Unfortunately the problem was not solved by a reboot. It is still there after several reboots, actually. What do you suggest?

The next step is for me to connect to your machine and remotely diagnose. The problem is that I am in the US Eastern time zone. And I cannot do this during my work day. What time zone are you in? Perhaps we could do this on the coming weekend?
